This is a prospective observational study, involving subjects diagnosed with early, established or refractory inflammatory arthritis. The study will end when the last study-related assessment is taken.
This 5 visit observational study is carried out over 12 months usually in line with standard routine clinical visits subjects will continue to be treated at the discretion of their treating physician. The usual clinical assessments take place with an additional biopsy at the initial baselines and again at the 6 month (Visit 3)
The schedule of assessments included all study related tasks that will be carried out at each visits that can be found on latest version of the protocol.
